Filled With Class, Full Of Function

The space, in of itself, had to be worth celebrating. Our vision was to curate a sense of understated class, while creating an elevated end-to-end experience to engage guests at every turn.

An Ode To The Old Country Club

The sport of tennis seemed to always hark back to its vintage roots. Inspired by its rich heritage, our creative team connected the dots with a creative direction that served this classic theme with a modern twist.

What resulted was a stunning fusion of traditional and contemporary elements, from inviting furniture collections, to immaculate décor and engaging event collaterals.

Consistently Charming

This signature theme elevated the entire event identity. Each guest received a specially designed invitation kit, crafted to delight: from the design of the invitation cards to the tactile velvety lamination of the box, every bit of the kit was designed for surprises and anticipation to the big day.

Ace In Experience

We wanted the suite to feel like an immersive tour for the guests, where they would embark on a journey that excited the senses, with key touch points that inspired interaction. To achieve that, we paved a trail that led guests on a leisurely walk from the indoors of a stylised country club setting out into the nature-filled open.

Every part of the suite, from the furniture selections to the décor colour scheme, was carefully curated to give off the vintage country club vibe. Lush greenery sprawled the corners of the suite freely, leaving guests to the wonders of a dreamy escape, yet a sense of elegant arrival.

Finishing Details

Our Premier Suite Emblem made a star-studded appearance, presented in a foil stamped gold sticker that made unwrapping an experience fit for royalty. Our objective was to create something symbolic, something that encapsulated the WTA Finals 2017 in great fashion.

What resulted was a limited edition, custom-created gold collectible – a proud motif that brought a sense of cohesive identity for all who attended the event.

The emblem was derived from the timeless stature of vintage country clubs and adapted across the event, even down to the staff’s uniform.

Game, Set, Match

The space added style and structure. The substance came from witnessing world-class tennis players serving up their best shots throughout the match. It was a day that won the hearts of guests and champions alike. And, we made sure that, everybody went home a winner.
