Bubbly was created in response to a growing discomfort with how pet grooming is often approached. Rushed environments, opaque processes, and a lack of consideration for animal stress had become normalised within the pet grooming industry.
After experiencing this firsthand with their late dog, Chocolate, the founders began questioning what really happened behind closed doors. What they uncovered revealed a clear opportunity to do better and to redefine grooming.
Founded in 2014, Bubbly was designed as a gentle alternative to conventional grooming salons. The space prioritises calmness, clear communication, and trust, ensuring pets feel safe and owners feel confident at every stage of the experience.
More than a grooming service, Bubbly represents a shift in mindset. One that treats grooming not as a simple transaction, but as a considered part of a pet’s wellbeing.
Marking a new era for Bubbly, their branding has been refreshed to express a new change: a pet groomer that is confident, expressive and reliable.
A Dapper, New Look for Bubbly
The logomark and type has been renewed with a dollop of freshness while retaining the spirit of the iconic original mark.
Channeling the idea of shampoo suds foaming up, the icon and type are delightfully organic, playful and imperfect.
For Bubbly, being a personable brand is important, and this logo helps to anchor a strong personality that’s approachable and friendly.

In the Spirit of Bubbly
Illustrations are the main tool for Bubbly’s graphic system; opening a new world of expression in succinct yet playful drawings.
The illustrations are always purposeful, highlighting Bubbly’s various core values: care-first, sustainable practices, transparent communication and more.

Remembering the Roots of Bubbly
Chocolate is the genesis of the brand, who kick-started this journey the clients, Demond and Maeve, embarked on. Paying homage to that, we’ve illustrated a mascot resembling Chocolate’s likeliness and charm.
He’s an advocate, a friendly face and the core of Bubbly.

Designed with intention of spreading the values of Bubbly to the world, we created a format that goes beyond just simple templates. Driven on storytelling and anecdotes, their social media can remain robust and engaging.
